Most Requested Proteins
Posted by Sasha Zein on
In addition to our diverse line of recombinant proteins, Innovative Research also produces highly purified native proteins from human and animal plasma and serum, in our state of the art facility in Novi, Michigan. The following products are our most requested native proteins made in-house, and are available to purchase and ship right now.
IgG
Human IgG Affinity Purified
Human IgG Affinity Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from normal Human Serum using Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Donkey IgG Affinity Purified
Donkey IgG Affinity Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from normal Donkey Serum using Protein G affinity chromatography.
Albumin
Human serum albumin is the most abundant protein of human blood plasma. It makes up around 50% of human plasma proteins and binds water, cations, fatty acids, hormones, bilirubin, thyroxine and pharmaceuticals (including barbiturates). Its main function is to regulate the oncotic pressure of blood. One of Innovative Research’s most requested proteins is Albumin, which is produced in-house from species Human, Mouse, Canine, Rabbit, and Horse.
Mouse Albumin Purified
Mouse Albumin Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from US origin Mouse Plasma using proprietary chromatographic and cold ethanol fractionation methods. This is a salt free lyophilized powder with a purity of >95%.
Rabbit Albumin Purified Lyophilized
Rabbit Albumin Purified Lyophilized from Innovative Research has been purified from rabbit plasma by a propritetary process that combines multiple conventional chromatographic methods. This is a Lyophilized powder buffered in Salt free with a concentration of Lyophilized and a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Fibrinogen
Fibrinogen is a protein produced by the liver. This protein helps stop bleeding by helping blood clots to form.
Human Fibrinogen Purified FITC Labeled
Human Fibrinogen Purified FITC Labeled from Innovative Research has been purified from human plasma by a propritetary process that combines multiple conventional chromatographic methods.
