Innovative Research, Inc. Acquires Molecular Innovations, Inc.

Novi, MI, October 1, 2021 - Innovative Research, Inc. has finalized its agreement to acquire Molecular Innovations, Inc. “These two companies have been strategic partners for the past twenty years, it only makes sense they merge and improve future collaboration and operations,” says Carl Rosenblum, Director of Customer Support at Innovative Research. “As we went through this process it became clearer what we were gaining as a total organization by joining Innovative Research,” said Duane Day, President and Owner of Molecular Innovations, Inc.
This combination of resources will allow Innovative Research to leverage the thirty years of high-quality production and expertise in coagulation and thrombolysis while identifying new areas of product development and investment to meet customer need. Headquarters will be maintained in Novi, MI and Innovative Research will continue to provide reliable reagents to clients both domestic and International.
