*Human Fibronectin Purified

Human Fibronectin Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from Human Plasma using affinity chromatography. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.1 M Tris-Cl; 0.15 M NaCl; pH 7.4 and a purity of >95%. This product is useful for tissue culture studies, cell adhesion, and protein-protein interactions. Thaw the fibronectin by placing the vial in a 37 C water bath and leaving it undisturbed until completely thawed. Do not disturb the vial at any time during the thawing process. If the vial is disturbed or removed prior to complete thawing, the fibronectin will form a gel and be unusable. Mix very gently with pipette after thawing. Vortexing, excessive agitation, and/or multiple freeze/thaw cycles are not recommended.
