Rabbit Gremlin 2 (DAN Domain Family Member 3) High-Sensitivity ELISA Kit
IRBGREM2KTHThis Rabbit Gremlin 2 (DAN Domain Family Member 3) High-Sensitivity ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended is a high-sensitivity sandwich ELISA kit for quantitative detection of rabbit GREM2. 96wells/kit, with removable strips. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This Rabbit GREM2 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from mouse specific for GREM2 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: E.coli, Immunogen sequence: R22-Q168) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for GREM2 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the Rabbit GREM2 amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is monoclonal antibody from mouse, the detection antibody is polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: GREM2, also known as PRDC, is one of several BMP antagonists that regulate the functions of BMPs during embryonic development and tissue differentiation. BMP antagonists contain cystine knots and typically form homo- and heterodimers. The CAN (cerberus and dan) subfamily of BMP antagonists, to which this gene belongs, is characterized by a C-terminal cystine knot with an eight-membered ring. The antagonistic effect of the secreted glycosylated protein encoded by this gene is likely due to its direct binding to BMP proteins. The PRDC gene is mapped to chromosome 1q43.; Immunogen sequence: 369
