" ... In this work, we introduced new concepts to develop the in-capillary microextraction and to extend its application in the analysis of hydrophilic compounds in biofluids and oil samples. The influence of other factors related to capillaries and the extraction solvents were also investigated ... The bovine blood was purchased from Innovative Research Inc (Novi, MI, USA) ... The blood cell lysate was prepared by lysing 0.25 mL of whole blood with 5 mL of 70% methanol/water solution (v/v)"
