Goats were immunized with highly purified Mouse IgG2B in Freund’s adjuvant. The resulting antiserum was sequentially absorbed with IgG1, IgG2A and IgG3 immunoabsorbants before the anti-IgG2B was immunoaffinity purified.

The anti-Mouse IgG2B only reacts with IgG2B by IEP and gel diffusion analysis when tested against each of the Mouse IgG subclasses at 1.0 mg/ml. By ELISA this product reacts specifically with Mouse IgG2B.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: 2 ug/ml, WB: 0.5 - 0.05 ug/ml.
