...Mouse albumin (Innovative Research, Novi, MI) 1 mg/mL was prepared in 10 mM TrisCl, pH 7.5 with 0.01% azide. Chlorpyrifos oxon (Chem Service Met-674B) 100 mg/mL in ethanol was used for reaction with l-tyrosine and mouse albumin.
