Chicken Anti C-Myc Tag Polyclonal Affinity Purified FITC Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in a Liquid format, buffered in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.2% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL ( C-MYC) conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The antibodies were conjugated with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC).
