Chicken Anti Digoxigenin Polyclonal Affinity Purified HRP Labeled from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in a Liquid format, buffered in 50 mM HEPES – Saline with Stabilizer, 0.002% Thimerosal. Chickens were immunized with Digoxigenin conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using digoxigenin immobilized on a solid phase and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
