Goat Anti Feline IgG Fc Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Goats were immunized with highly purified cat IgG Fc isolated from normal cat IgG. The resulting antiserum was immunoabsorbed against cat Fab and the anti Fc immunoaffinity isolated from an immunoabsorbant column.

The affinity purified antibody was tested at 1 mg/ml against 1 mg/ml solutions of IgG, IgM, IgA and IgE. It reacts only with cat IgG by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. This does not imply an equal balance of reactivity to all IgG subclasses.This product can be used for a wide range of research applications, including ELISA: 2 ug/ml, IP: 2 ug/mg, WB: 0.5 - 0.05 ug/ml.
