Rabbit Anti AU1 Tag Polyclonal Affinity Purified Immobilized from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in a Liquid Suspension (~50% slurry) format, buffered in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide. Rabbits were immunized with AU1 peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase then coupled to agarose beads using aldehyde chemistry.
